The only Boss we recognise at BCIL is the Big Idea.
BCIL is an ideas-based company that has sought to bring sanity to choices people can make. As a company, we have believed that ideas, products and behaviours, spread easily. And our task is to “rear that tender thought, to teach the young idea how to shoot”.
We brought to our business agenda a serious innovative agenda. We created the Idea Lab. We focused on just two natural resources in the urban context—water and energy—, that the world is going to have less of. BCIL recognizes that none of the solutions of the last fifty years is valid for the future before us. We see the need for customizing, innovating and enabling scaling up product and service ideas.
