Asset management
Manager-Corporate Lawyer:
Experience: 4-6yrs
Qualification: Law Graduates or PG
Job Description:
• Providing legal assistance for recovering payments, asset reconstruction and such other financial arrangements.
• Handling litigation matters related to Company, Corporate, Contract, Property, Labor, Constitution.
• Hands on experience in Consumer forum, Civil Court, Administrative Tribunal, Industrial & Labor Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Bankruptcy proceedings.
• Drafting and handling of Regular Suits, Summary Suits, Writ Petitions, Second Appeals, and Civil Revision Applications etc.
• Handling Arbitration Matters; drafting statement of claim, reply, written arguments & statement of claims.
• Assessing case history by conducting domestic inquires to determine areas of strengths and weaknesses; devising legal strategies with a view to obtain positive ruling.
• Drafting of Sale Agreement, Joint Development Agreement, MOU, Purchase Agreement, All the documents related to sale and purchase of the property.
• Rendering assistance and advice to the management regarding legal aspects in day to day affairs for strengthening the Company's stand on commercial and legal aspects. Drafting of various Legal documents such as Partnership & Consortium Agreements.

Architects
Master Draughtsman- Architectural
Experience: 4-8yrs exp Drafting & Designing

Civil Engineers
1. QAQC Engineer
BE Civil with 4 years of proven experience in residential construction.
Ensures Quality Records, Acceptance Certificates, Mechanical Completion Certificates and documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.
1. Coordinate with Planning and Scheduling Department to ensure milestone dates are understood for each project 'turnover area'
2. Coordinate with Site QC manager for completion of as-built 'turnover documentation'
3. Resolve any discrepancies between completed milestones and quality documentation
4. Review suppliers' Inspection and Test plans against the milestone scope of work
5. Coordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field QC site inspectors
6. Provide progress data to Planning and Scheduling Department
Skills: Communication Skills, Quality Control reports preparation.
2. Engineer –QS (Civil)
BE/B.Tech (Civil) with 2 to 5 years' experience in estimation and costing of project quantities and quality of residential and commercial construction.
- Daily quantity checking.
- Checking the bills.
- Daily labor report.
- Daily task report.
- Daily project report.
- Civil Work Estimation.
- Checking & Certification of interim Bills.
- Claims Variations, Final Accounts, Reporting Project Financial Status to Client, Cost Analysis, Preparation of BOQ.

- Should be capable of handling independently and cordinating with staff and clients.
3. Estimation (Civil)
BE Civil 1 to 2 years of experience
- Preliminary estimation of structural and finishes works.
- Preliminary costing, when required, for architects.
4. Finishing Engineer:
Experience: 5-6yrs
Qualification: BE/B’Tech-Civil or Diploma-Civil
Job Description:
• Should be well versed with the finishing activities pertaining to completion of project like flooring, painting, fixing of sanitary/plumbing material, electrical switch plates etc.

iv.Management Reporting
v.Budgeting / Forecasting – Quarterly & Annually
vi.Exposure to Banking Financing like work on CMA, Working Capital, Non fund based capital.

HR/Admin
Facility Executive:
Experience: 1-5yrs exp in Facility management
Qualification: Any graduation
Job Description:
• Adept at managing administrati>ive activities involving housekeeping, safety, security, transportation etc.
• Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
• Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.,
• Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipments that are required for the facility.
• Asset Management of all Site operations assets across multiple locations.
• Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements.
• Liaisoning and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office and all branch offices.
• Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
• Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, etc.
